Our stay at Villa Hausmann was amazing until start to finish! Thank you to the whole team. We had a room with a balcony, which felt very Parisian and we really enjoyed! Room was clean, fresh and really comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, including our room being ready early upon arrival. My partner ordered a parcel from France to the hotel ahead of our stay and they were very helpful and graceful in keeping hold of it and even delivering it in our room with our luggage. The team were also very accommodating to any requests throughout the visit. We also made use of the pool/wellness facilities which we were lucky enough to have to ourselves multiple times - the facilities were quiet, luxurious and relaxing - with a pool and Hamman! Great to wind down after a day or walking around the city. Thank you team!! We hope to visit again :D

He went above and beyond with his hospitality, care, and charm, making our experience truly 5-star. I can't speak highly enough of him! The spa is top-notch, easily one of the best in the city. The hamam is fantastic and the pool is lovely. Our room was beautifully appointed, with a great view of the main road, but the soundproofing made it quiet and peaceful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Patrick really made our stay memorable and so easy. We can't wait to return! Highly recommend!

Everyone is friendly greeting with big smiles! They have a wonderful breakfast buffet service, room service and dinner. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with AC! Room service is exceptional. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool after a day of tours! If you need to know about the best cafe's in walking distance, talk to Alex. He was wonderful in giving recommendations and directions. The hotel location is perfect walking distance to many cafe's, coffee (very short walk) and many attractions! We had a fabulous time and will stay here again in our future visit!

The pool, hot tub, and sauna - all wonderful (the pool is not heated but it was still open in December- bit chilly as expected but we couldn’t resist!). Each home looks like a slightly different layout, with some being single level and others 2 levels. We stayed in a 2 level , with the bedroom upstairs , with a large window overlooking the greenery. Kitchen downstairs is well stocked . The owners are absolutely lovely and helpful.
